About Me

Welcome!

I’m Abbe Waldron, an education consultant and adjunct professor with over 20 years of experience in public schools. My career has taken me from special education teacher to library media specialist, instructional technology leader, and director of curriculum.  I’m driven by curiosity about how we learn and a passion for making schools more engaging, inclusive, and accessible for every student.

Accessibility is always at the heart of my work—I focus on sharing tools and strategies that are not only effective but also practical and affordable (free or low-cost) for schools. There’s nothing more frustrating than discovering a great resource, only to find it’s out of reach.

On this blog, you’ll find:

  • Reviews of accessible apps and edtech tools

  • Practical use cases and integration guides for classroom technology

  • Support for technology practices that empower both teachers and students

This is an ad-free site!  I like to keep it real, and share honest, experience-based recommendations to help you build professional capacity and elevate instruction.

I’m excited to have you join me on this journey. Let’s make learning better, together!

Abbe
